Delete your account

This page explains how to delete the account you created in the Movriva app, published by Léonard Sota. It is public and readable without installing the app, because asking for your data to be erased should not require keeping a copy of it on your phone.

From the app

Your password is required. This is the only irreversible action in the app, and an accidental tap must not be enough to erase months of training.

Without the app

If you no longer have access to the app or to your credentials, write to contact-movriva@movriva.com from the email address of the account concerned. We delete the account once we have confirmed it is yours.

What is deleted

Deletion is physical and immediate. There is no grace period, and nothing is kept "just in case".

Deleted along with your account row: your sessions and sets, your programmes, your personal records, your body measurements, your preferences, the device tokens used for notifications, and your session summaries.

What is kept, and why

The audit log deserves an explanation, because it is the only exception. If you edited the shared exercise catalogue, the record of that change keeps the email address used at the time. Deleting your account is a right; erasing the trace of what it did to a shared catalogue is not. This exception does not apply to ordinary accounts.

We have no accounting obligation to retain anything: we do not issue invoices — the app stores collect payment and keep their own records.

Deleting only part of your data

A body measurement can be deleted row by row, from Progress → Body measurements or Profile → Body measurements. The rest of your account is untouched.

For any other partial deletion, write to contact-movriva@movriva.com from the account's email address, saying what you would like erased.

Automatic deletion after inactivity

An account left twenty-four months without a sign-in is deleted, after a warning sent to its email address. A single sign-in resets the counter.

Export before you delete

Deletion cannot be undone. If you want to keep a record of your training, Profile → Export my data produces a readable file containing your sessions, records and measurements. Do it before, not after.
